Stacy developed Harris Equine's training after more than a decade providing specialist equine intimate health services. The curriculum reflects the realities of working with horses, owners, yards, professional scope, referral and the responsibility that comes with independent practice.

She also founded the Equine Intimate Health Federation to support clearer standards, professional visibility and continuing development within the field.
