Qualify to practise equine intimate health — professionally, safely, and insured.
The world's only accredited training in equine intimate health. Online theory at your own pace, practical training and assessment in person, and a qualification KBIS will insure.
Important work, and until now no proper way to learn it
Sheath cleaning and intimate health care sit in a strange blind spot in the equine world. Owners know it matters, most yards quietly avoid it, and there has been no accredited route to learning it properly. The result: horses go unchecked, beans and infections get missed, and the people willing to do the work have had no way to prove they know what they're doing.
This diploma was built to close that gap — welfare-led, properly assessed, and recognised by the industry.
Finish qualified, insurable, and ready to practise
Work to a professional standard
Assess, clean and care for the intimate health of horses — knowing what's normal, what isn't, and when a vet needs to be involved.
Get insured
The diploma is recognised by KBIS British Equestrian Insurance, so you can practise with proper professional cover.
Run your own service
Everything you need to offer equine intimate health as a paid, independent service — with optional start-up packages to get your booking process, social media and website ready to go.
Who it's for

Built by the practitioner who created the field
The diploma was founded and is taught by Stacy Harris-Wann, who built the world's first accredited route into equine intimate health — turning work that was once a taboo into a respected profession.
- UK Rural Skills (UKRS) accredited — a recognised qualification, not a certificate of attendance
- Built in partnership with KBIS British Equestrian Insurance and the British Grooms Association
- Free membership of the Equine Intimate Health Federation when you complete the course

UK Rural Skills accredit the course and certify your qualification on completion. It is what makes the diploma recognised — and what makes you insurable.
