While the Equine Intimate Health Diploma provides a strong professional foundation, the mare presents a range of anatomical, physiological and hormonal considerations that warrant dedicated specialist study at an advanced level.

The theory is online. Practical competence in the step-by-step cleaning process for mares is assessed under observation, and the course finishes with a written reflective assessment.
